Sourdough Bread Class

Join us for a fun and hands-on Sourdough Bread Class! Learn the art of making delicious and crusty sourdough bread from scratch. I will guide you through the entire process, from feeding and maintaining the starter to shaping and baking the perfect loaf.

This class is for adults only. Each person attending must have a ticket. Advance ticket purchase required.

Whether you’re a beginner or an experienced baker, this class is suitable for all. I will walk you through each step. You will leave with a loaf of bread that you have made. It will cold ferment in your refrigerator overnight and be ready to bake and enjoy the next day!

The class includes all supplies needed to make your own loaf of bread. You will also receive bread recipes, banneton bread proofing basket with liner, bench scraper, and your own sourdough starter to finish your bread journey at home.
