The Madison Burger

Everyone knows (and loves) Madison’s Fish at the Fair.

There’s always a line at their truck where the team is frying up BIG servings of crispy-fried cod on soft, eggy buns. You have to order yours ‘swimming’ in their sweet, tangy tartar sauce so you have enough for the fish hanging off either end of the bun!

But did you know there’s another star of the show at their sit-down restaurant at 226 Madison Avenue in Lancaster? It’s the Madison Burger – two patties, cheese, all the fixings and served with crunchy fries. Order a cold one from the cooler and you’re good to go! (And, by the way, as of this moment, the burger is $3.50 and the fries are $2. BOOM.)

They’re open Tuesdays through Fridays starting at 11:00 a.m. but check ahead. As festival and fair season starts up sometimes they’re on the road.
