FAIRHOPE Hospice & Palliative Care, Inc. will host its annual Trash to Treasure Sale on Friday, June 7, and Saturday, June 8 held at the Fairfield County Fairgrounds to benefit the FAIRHOPE Hospice Memorial Fund. They discuss their upcoming performance, “The Savannah Sipping Society,” May 17th-19th on the 3rd floor of the Fairfield Co District Library. Cathy talks about directing and gives an overview of the play, while Penny talks about making her debut in the Garret Players, going right into her first performance with the group. $15,000 in Grants Awarded by Fairfield County Foundation Youth Advisory Committee

The Fairfield County Foundation’s Board of Trustees and the Youth Advisory Committee of 2023-2024 recently awarded grants totaling $15,000 from the George and Dollie L. Zimpfer Memorial Fund to 12 nonprofit organizations. The Youth Advisory Committee was created to empower Fairfield County high school students through leadership and community service.
